Please note the following regarding refunds:

    1.    No Guaranteed Outcome:

We do not guarantee a match, marriage, or responses from potential matches. Our service is based on compatibility, availability, and intention — not location, appearance, or personal preferences alone.

    2.    No Refunds for Preference Mismatches:

We do our best to match clients based on the information provided. However, if a suggested match does not meet your exact preferences (e.g., country, ethnicity, profession), this does not qualify for a refund.

    3.    Service Rendered Policy:

Once a match has been sent or an effort has been made by our team on your behalf, the service is considered rendered, and no refund will be issued

.

    4.    Misuse of Service:

Clients found to be using the platform with dishonest intentions (e.g., for immigration purposes or false representation) will be removed immediately and are not eligible for a refund.

 

    5.    Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will only be considered in cases of technical error for example duplicate payment (payment made twice in error) will be automatically refunded.
